Submitted by Donna Shurr, MYP Coordinator, Oberlin Each year, American Educational Consultants and Bahcesehir College in Istanbul, Turkey look for local high schools to provide several Turkish high school students the opportunity to live with American families in the U.S. for three weeks in the spring.  This year six Oberlin families hosted Turkish students.  Internationally minded parents consider it a priority to expose their children to other cultures and lifestyles in order to become truly global citizens.  This exchange has not only benefited the Turkish students, but our Oberlin High...
